Repping the Underdogs
It's Monday, but... I'm so hyped to share some of my favorite brands with you guys! Here's a little secret, whenever I'm on Instagram I always have my radar on to spot any "new to me" fashion labels. I get so into finding new, bad ass brands to obsess over, which ultimately turns into me crossing my fingers for a collaboration to share with you all!
One of my favorite brands of the moment (and probably forever) is an Australian label, Spell & the Gypsy Collective! Aren't all the best fashion brands based out of Australia? Both my romper and cardigan I'm wearing above are from Spell. They had a super sale this last summer and I couldn't help myself (my first Spell purchase, woo!). I'm totally obsessed with all their pretty floral patterns and flowing silhouettes. And, they never fail to release an amazing campaign (love the Oracle campaign) or blogger collaboration - love this one with Sarah Loven!
Now, I am not going to give away all my hidden gem brands, but here we go with a couple!
+ Starting with these to-die-for pink sequin pants by Girl on A Vine! I mean REALLY, it does not get better than this. The woman behind this brand is a straight bad ass. All the pieces are made to order, meaning she puts in some serious werk. #girlpower
+ Flair the Label is just simply gorgeous. All their pieces are chic in a ultra-bohemian way.
+ I have so much love for so many jewelry artists on Instagram - there are too many good ones! But, Turquoise and Tobacco has had my heart for awhile now. They have perfected the happy middle between Southwest drifter and West Coast bohemian. Turquoise, cow skulls, bolos, fringe and silver? Yes plz.
+ While on the topic of jewelry... also loving Anita K. Jewelry! I'm wearing her horn necklace in this post ;) I like how she sticks to the strong tones of brass, gold and silver. The pieces are very bold without much distraction.
+ Last one for today! This is for all you 70s babes - Hand Cooked Karma. Found this one through a hometown friend! We're talking a lot of velvet and some big ass bells. I'm hoping to add this sheer floral tie-front top to my closet soon (hint, hint)!
